粉丝群里面的一个小伙伴敲代码时发生了报错（当时他心里瞬间凉了一大截，跑来找我求助，然后顺利帮助他解决了，顺便记录一下希望可以帮助到更多遇到这个bug不会解决的小伙伴），报错信息如下：

org.springframework.transaction.CannotCreateTransactionException: Could not open JDBC Connection for transaction; nested exception is org.apache.commons.dbcp.SQLNestedException: Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (The server time zone value 'ÖÐ¹ú±ê×¼Ê±¼ä' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.)
