ZK本身不提供这样的功能，它仅仅提供了对单个IP的连接数的限制。你可以通过修改iptables来实现对单个ip的限制，当然，你也可以通过这样的方式来解决。https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZOOKEEPER-1320
